1. WLIE is not a retailer. Please do NOT contact us if you are only buying for personal use. We are assuring you that shipping 1 vehicle to your hands all the way from china is NOT cheap at all.

2. Sample order (can be 1 unit or less than the MOQ we listed on the site) is very welcome when it is for serious business start. We may insist the minimum quantity on some products. Also, there will be the sample charge on each unit. Let us know the model name and quantity so we can figure out the rate.

3. If we accept your sample order, we do not encourage you to order more than 10CBM (cubic meters). For those who have never imported from overseas before, it is very important to know why we don't suggest you take more than 10CBM of products. 

A: Small volume products will use LCL (less container loading) shipping solution. It means your products will be loaded with some other products (not our products) in the container. You may pay less on the sea freight but the cost on each CBM at destination port is high. 

B: If you choose FCL (full container loading), you will pay much less at the destination port. For example, if you ship your 15CBM by LCL, the cost you will have to spend at the destination port will probably be more than the cost on a 20'GP container.

4. Whenever a new customer places the sample order, we will try to obtain the cost (charged by the shipping agent in your country) breakdown at the destination port. We will NOT proceed the order unless the customer has a full understanding of what kind of charge he/she is expecting from the shipping agent when the order arrives.

5. Order mixing is acceptable. The pricing could be different due to the different mixing plan. To the best interest of your business and ours,we encourage customers to focus on a particular products lines rather than different products from different categories. But if you do want to mix a container, we hope customers could mix the products in the in same product series or same category.

We are looking forward to dealing with those customers with bigger business plans. We don't care how many units you will buy for quality or market test purpose (As we stated, some products DOES require the minimum quantity). Since most of our customers take 40'HQ containers on, we'd suggest new customer take a 20'GP container to start the business.
